Your focus will be on skillsforwork, our digital B2B platform that strengthens internal corporate training processes. The platform enhances cybersecurity through realistic phishing simulations and provides essential compliance and safety training via an integrated learning management system.

Your mission:

As Sales Manager for the Netherlands, you will play a central role in the market launch of skillsforwork in the Dutch region. Based in Bonn, Germany, you will independently manage the entire sales process on a freelance basis – from qualifying leads to closing deals.

Your Tasks

  • Market Entry: You will establish skillsforwork in the Dutch market, further develop the sales process for the region, identify potential partnerships, and gain a deep understanding of the market and competition.

  • Sales Process: You’ll independently manage the entire B2B sales cycle – from lead qualification and product demos to closing.

  • Customer Focus: You understand your target group's challenges and requirements and contribute valuable feedback to help improve our solution.

  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our team in Germany, which supports you in strategy, marketing, and partnerships.

Your Profile

  • You have initial experience in B2B sales – ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.

  • You bring entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and strong execution skills.

  • You are communicative, persuasive, and passionate about digital solutions.

  • You speak Dutch and either German or English fluently.

  • Ideally, you're familiar with Dutch business culture and market dynamics.
